Do any of you take vitamins, and what kind do you find works best? I want to start and have ordered some simple ones but it's my first time!

I take vitamin D because where I live, the sun is up for like 4 hours before setting at 2pm so I need it badly. Well and then I also take B5 I think? And iron around my period. But I honestly don’t feel any major effects from them except for the iron one since I feel horrible if I forget to take them x

I take Vitamin D3 1000 because my blood work showed vitamin D deficiency

I've ordered vitamin C+D and also a magnesium vitamin as I've heard it helps with energy levels! It's my first time trying them though so hopefully they work!

Depends where you are in the world but like the other comments, vitamin D is very important & usually deficient
