You can skip as much as you want. It’s not guaranteed to prevent bleeding however

My doctor has advised me to take all packs back to back no break

I have, if you’re going to skip your breaks possibly talk to your doctor about prescribing 4 packs at a time so you run out on time

I took 3 packs of pills then had a break and everything was fine. Still had my period the same as I normally would
