Does anyone have any good tips for motion sickness? i have the pills but i still feel sick and i also have cold air/rolling the window down. i have a 8 hour drive on saturday and dont want to feel sick. thanks!!

i also have acid reflux if that makes any difference

For motion sickness my boyfriend takes one bonine pill the night BEFORE the event and then one the morning of and it works better than just taking one

@aurielle is that over the counter? does it work really well for him?

@MMorg5 yes and it does, although he mainly gets motion sickness on boats not cars (idk if that would make a difference)

@MMorg5 I have read somewhere and also tried cutting lemon in half and smelling it during the ride when you’re starting to feel nauseous and it helps a lot

I’ve heard that the motion sickness glasses are really effective.

I never eat before or during road trips, and i always keep gum (i prefer mint) and chew it and drink lots of water
