@Yi_eune well from what a doctor once told me was ‘our bodies don’t have built in clocks, they don’t know the difference between 9am and 10am.’ She went on to explain if my time to take my pill was 9am for example, I could take it 1 hour before or one hour after. So between 8am and 10am would be the best for the pill to work the best. It works on 24 dose release. So for me I knew as long as I made sure to stay in that time zone I would be 100% protected. She told me this after I told her I was very careful and obsessed with taking it every day perfectly as the clock struck 9am. (Again for example) she told me I was only stressing myself out because absorption was probably different every day and it really didn’t matter that much. For me it worked out pretty well so that’s just my experience at least
