Help, so on Monday I got food poisoning and Monday night I was throwing up and having a lot of diarrhea which I would consider severe. I take my pill at 10:30 and went to bed right after, I only woke up a couple times to go to the bathroom. On Tuesday I didn’t stop having liquid stools. I still took my pill as normal and didn’t wake up to use the bathroom at all. Today is now Tuesday and I took an extra pill at 4 and still plan to take my pill at 10:30 tonight. Is it safe to take 2 pills in one day? Even at different times. I plan to use a backup contraceptive but I am just wondering.
