Hey guys I just got the Nova T380 copper IUD inserted a few hours ago and recently when I went to the toilet I found some string from the coil. Is this normal? I can still feel my strings if I look for them but since I had very bad cramps I was wondering if that means it’s being expelled?

I’m not sure tbh I just think it’s the one that my clinic had available. The lady tried to put a 10 year one in but it didn’t want to but the 5 year one did go in “well” so I think it might be smaller? But I’m not sure
