I was supposed to start a new pack on the 24th, but I forgot to bring it with me when I went to a party. I took it as soon as I got home, but that was 6 hours after. Is there anything I should do? I’m on the combined pill Alysena 28.

Also I always take my pills at 11:00pm, but by the time I got home it was the 25th at 5am.

I also didn’t have sex during my placebo week- sorry, I’m overthinking this :(

The combined pill has a 12 or 24 hour window so it being delayed by 6 hours won’t make a difference. So you’re fine xx
