Okay so, my boyfriend is positive that he pulled out and I watched him pull out, but he said “it was a close one” meaning he may have came a little TINY bit inside me. But it’s my ovulation week so I can’t take a plan b 😭

You can take a plan b, you don’t know for definite if you’ve ovulated or not.

Definitely take a plan b anyways but if you aren’t trying to get pregnant then I recommend you use a form of contraception

Pulling out isn't a very effective method of birth control since precum can contain live sperm. It should only be used by couples that are okay with getting pregnant.
