does anyone else who is taking sertraline (been on 50mg daily since november 2023) experience very vivid, real, lucid nightmares/intense dreams?? i’m starting to have them recently and they’re very wakeful, like i am sleep talking, crying out and feeling intense in my sleep, these nightmares usually last the whole period of sleep and stop when i wake up, and happen most nights? don’t really remember this feeling pre-sertraline, not sure if it’s a symptom or just coincidence? thanks x
