There is no ‘best’ or ‘better’ brands, everyone reacts differently to different brands. Some people have less side effects on lower dose pills and some people have less side effects on high dose pills. Unless you’re experiencing unwanted side effects or are unhappy with your current brand for whatever reason, I wouldn’t recommend switching because it’s possible you may not like to the next brand you try as much as your current one. You will also have to go through the 3-6 month adjustment phase again.
