Hi, I missed my mini pill by a couple hours on Saturday and had sex with my boyfriend last night but the condom came off inside me when he pulled out so all the semen pretty much spilled out. Hi, your period tracker is irrelevant while you are on birth control, you don’t ovulate on the pill, and it wouldn’t occur when it normally would if you weren’t on the pill. Missing a pill can cause ovulation, irrelevant of when your cycle would be if you weren’t on the pill. How many hours did you miss it by?

I usually take it at 10:30PM and ended up taking it around 3:30AM. So accounting for the 3-hr window I missed it by two hours

if you took the mini pill after your window (so, late) and had sex after the pill was missed you should take emergency contraception as you were unprotected

and take a pregnancy test three weeks from the unprotected sex
