I had a question about temperature. Today is 30-35 degrees Celsius in Australia. I keep my birth control pills in my work bag, and I did have my bag with me while I was outside in the heat and also in my hot car. When I went to take my pill just now, the packaging was a tiny bit warm. I was wondering if this would affect the pill’s effectiveness? Other than the temperature, the pill itself was physically fine.

Did you leave the bag in your hot car or you were always with it?

@aurielle I was always with my bag, so it was in the hot car for like 5-10mins

@Iridescent should be fine, I'd only be concerned if it's in extreme temperatures (like too hot for you to be in) for an extended period. I used to live where it was 30 degrees every day and never had any issues with my pill.
