I had the iud inserted last year July and I’m still getting really really bad pains and cramps from it as well as brown discharge and I just went for a wee and found that I had bled period-like blood all in my underwear. I am no where near starting my period yet as I’ve recently just finished it. Is it a good idea to get it removed? :/

I wouldn’t get it removed if I were you. Cramping and spotting is a normal side effect of the IUD.
