Advice please. I’ve been on the pill for 10 years, over the years my periods have gotten lighter (lasting about 2-3 days the last few months) but last month I had basically no period. Last day of my break week I had very very light bleeding and used 1 tampon and morning after that. I’ve tested and was negative and also take my pills correctly within 10pm-11pm every night. Is this normal?

Yes. Birth control works by thinning the uterine lining. Eventually for some people they stop getting periods. With the IUD I didn’t have a period for 8 years.

Birth control is known to lighten and stop bleeding so what you’re experiencing is entirely normal.
