💊💊🔶💊⚠️ I have a question , I’m from Canada and my pill time is set as 8:20pm but I’m currently travelling in Europe and 8:20pm here is 5am so I’m struggling to wake up to take it on time even if I set an alarm but I do take the pill even if I’m a couple Hours late my thing is my one app says I have two pills left and my other says I have 1 until I’m on my placebo pills and idk what to do !

And in my pack it says I only have 1 pill left until I’m on my 7 placebo but now I’m scared that I missed One but I do not feel like I did but the time change has messed me up

on the combined pill as long as you take one a day you’re fine!
