you can change taking time once you start your next pack but if the difference is over 12 hours you might not be as protected for the first week

Take the pill as intended and instructed. Any bleeding (or lack of) is simply a side effect of the pill and doesn't change how the pill must be taken. Do not ever extend your break week as that may leave you unprotected. You should be able to change the timing without much issue as long as you do it within your usage window for the pill, check your pamphlet for details.

@Coelestin yes, the next pack must be taken regardless of bleeding patterns. Also you don't have a real period anymore while on the pill, it's either breakthrough bleeding (bleeding during active pills) or withdrawal bleeding (during your break week, a bleed often occurring as a result of not taking active pills/hormones). Some people don't bleed at all, and that is completely normal as the pill can also thin uterine lining meaning there's little to nothing to shed. Some start bleeding on days 5-6 of the break week and continue bleeding into the new pack. All of this is within normal ranges and it's not possible to predict how your body will respond to the pill. It can also change after some time.

I highly recommend you to read through your pill's pamphlet. It has all the information you need to understand how to use the pill, how it works, what to do when you miss or lose pills or what the side effects are. If you don't follow instructions, then you're putting yourself at unnecessary risk. I just had a quick look at Diane 35 pamphlet and it seems that you could change the time from 8am to 6pm but in my opinion that's kind of cutting it close to your 12h usage window. But technically it's safe to do so according to the pamphlet.
