I accidentally took my pill 2 hours late today, should I be using back up for the next 7 days? (I’m on combo pill vienva) and is the effectiveness decreased at all?

Look at your pamphlet to see what your window is. I’m assuming you should be ok but I would recommend double checking!

My pamphlet doesn’t say a window for some reason, it only mentions what to do if you missed a pill

No pill has less than 3 hour window so being 2 hours later is perfectly fine.
