I am on the mini pill and changing my time because I am just too busy around the time I am taking it now. If I change it to 6 I will be protected in 2 days right?

If it’s within your usage window you won’t lose protection at all. It’s either 3 or 12 hours depending on your mini pill. Check ur pamphlet xx

I used to take my pill at 1:30 PM and have a 3 hr window so I definitely wasn’t protected. Today is my third day taking my pill at the switched time so I would be protected now right?

You will be protected 48 hours after you’ve taken the first pill correctly again so you’re protected from when you’re due to take today’s pill.

If you want to change your time again you can just stagger the times for a couple of days, ie take it at 1.30pm one day, 3pm the next, 5pm the next, 6pm the next.
