I dont know if its my period or just bleeding but i think its my period sorry for the tmi but im kind of worried this has never happened

Missing pills can lead to experiencing side effects like irregular bleeding. Btw you do not get a real natural period on the pill, any bleeding is just a side effect of the pill (called breakthrough bleeding when you are taking active pills and a withdrawal bleed when you are on the break week/placebo pills/inactive pills)

You missed multiple pills which can cause irregular bleeding.

Depending on when you missed these pills you may need to skip your next break. Be sure to read your leaflet with instructions.
