Has anyone tried “natural cycles?” There’s the ours ring and other methods. Just curious on your experience

I wouldn’t recommend using natural cycles unless you are okay with getting pregnant.

@Angel420 thanks for your reply! I’ve read plenty of mixed reviews. Probably not a good option for me lol

Natural Cycles is FDA approved for use as contraceptive, provided it’s used properly. Fertility awareness methods are not foolproof and are much more labor intensive than using condoms, the pill, or other hormonal contraceptives. Fertility awareness method requires a lot of knowledge about your cycle, a regular predictable cycle, and a lot of discipline to do. It could be a really good method if you’re okay with the chance of getting pregnant but aren’t actively trying (my best friend and her husband use this method because they aren’t ACTIVELY trying to get pregnant, but wouldn’t mind if they did), and she said she likes the app and finds it helpful. If you’re at a point in your life where you 100% do not want to get pregnant, it’s likely not a good method for you. {op3Q0ENvT}

Natural cycles should only be used by people who are okay with getting pregnant.

I tried natural cycles and got pregnant. I wouldn’t trust it unless you wouldn’t mind having a baby
