i’m on linessa 28 and i think i got food poisoning and vomited. i took my pill at around 11 pm and vomited at around 12 am and i know it didn’t absorb. my question is, do i take a pill from my emergency pack and then just continue with my regular pack the next day?

Because it wasn’t absorbed you need to take another pill

You either take a pill from an emergency pack or the next one in your strip. It doesn’t matter as long as the pills aren’t expired.

@Yi_eune okay thank you! i took it at around like 1 am and i vomited again at 9 am… i’m good right bc it digested… been more than 2-4 hrs
