Is it a combined pill? I assume you mean to run 3 months of packs together? I used to do this regularly when I was on the combined pill and never had an issue :) I would do 3 months and then have my break and then run 3 months together again.

Yes it is fine to completely skip ur break week

It’s recommended to not have break weeks at all
