I’m on my 5th day of my break week and have had very light to no flow? This is my first month on birth control. Is this normal or should I be worried?

Definitely normal. You have nothing to worry about. Since you are still new to taking your brand your body is still adjusting to being on the brand. There is a 3-6 month adjustment period.
