Hi so I have been using the ring for about a year now and on my last cycle I put the ring in a day too early and now my period has been dark brown and light pink and it started 3 to 4 days earlier than it should’ve and it has been very light. On Saturday evening a big clump of something came out of me and it was a dark brown and grayish colour with some pink/redness to it it’s shaped loosely resembled that of a Tampax tampon without the string and I do not know what is going on or what to search up so if anybody has any advice/knowledge that would be greatly appreciated.
