Hi. I was checking my m.p tracker and it shows that I only have one pill to take today but when I checked my on hand pills I still have two more left to take. It seems I forgot to take one pill. What should I do? Should I take the two pills left today?

If you can’t remember when you missed the pill then there is no point in doubling up. If you’re on a combined pill you’re allowed to miss a pill without it affecting your protection so you can just continue as per usual.

I am taking yaz pills. It has 24 active pills and 4 white pills. I can just take one today and tomorrow will be the last pill? Do I still need to take the 4 white pills?

Whether you want to have a break or not is up to you but it will be entirely safe to do so.
