I missed a pill yesterday, and i only have 2 left anyways can i just start my break early? Im getting paranoid am i still protected or?

Also this is my first tike forgetting to take a pill ive always been on point taking it but i just got too busy yesterday

Yes, as long as you took 7 active pills correctly before you missed ur pills you can take ur break early.

Depending on your instructions you may not have to do anything if your pill allows for a missed pill and allow you to take your break as normal. So check your pamphlet for instructions on what to do next.

Assuming you’re on a combined pill you’d be good to start your break early as long as you make sure to also end your break the same amount of days early (so it isn’t extended past 7 days)
