I would treat it as a missed pill to be on the safe side, follow your pamphlet’s instructions on missed pills.

It says to use extra contraceptives what I haven’t done and it’s been a week Should I take a test wait or what

Take a test 21 days after the sex that’s suspected to be unprotected. That’s all you can do. Testing earlier will not give you any reliable results.
