(posted it with tons of spelling mistakes so redoing it) i put this on my thread from the other day however i wanted to get more answers, on the 27th of october i was throwing up because i had a hangover, however it was 2 days after my 4 day break, so even if i threw up would i still have been protected because you can have a 7 day break?

There’s no hormones in your break pills! They’re just there to remind you to take a pill everyday (to get into the habit of physically taking a pill)

So if I understand clearly you threw up when you were back on active pills? I think I read the initial question wrong so sorry! If you didn’t throw up within 2-3 hours then you’re protected.

@seechell it’s okayyy! i can’t remember if i took it before or after i threw up 🙁but i was thinking if because you can have upto 7 day breaks then technically i was just having a 5 day break? or is that not how it works

Because you didn’t extend your break days which is a total of 7 technically you’re still protected (feel free to correct me if I’m wrong for anyone else commenting) as long as you didn’t extend those 7 days to take an active pill you should be fine, did you start your new pack on time?
