I seem to be bleeding and getting brown discharge every other day and it seems to follow sexual activity like on Tuesday I had sex with my boyfriend and I started bleeding during it and now even if it’s just doing sexual thing without penetration so just like touching the outside I seem to start bleeding afterwards is this normal cause I know that it can bring your period on as it’s cause blood to flow down there but would having a break help potentially stop this and another thing to Add the last packet was the first time I have shortened my break week to 4 days so could that have something to do with it 💊💊💊💊💊💤💤💤💤💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊 Brand: Yasmin

don’t take a break too early, but if this is stressing you out maybe next time you have your break don’t shorten it. if this wasn’t a problem before you started shortening breaks then it’s probably the cause, but i agree with @yi_eune that your body should get used to it with time.

@Bcqueen_ according to what your posted your break is up in a few days anyway so I’d just wait out your active pills and then take your break as planned.

@Bcqueen_ you can safely take a break if you’ve taken at least 7 days correctly. But it’s not guaranteed to make the bleeding any better so it’s up to you whether you want to take another break or not.
