hey galls, im paniking i bit. i just took my pill, but i was struggleling to swallow it and it started to melt in my mouth. is that dangerous, what should i do, im i still protected?

If it partially melts its usually okay but when it fully melts Im pretty sure its less effective. I usually take another right after just to be safe!! I am on the mini pill.

The thing that would melt is the sugar coating. If you swallowed it you’re fine.
