I need some advice! I don’t know whether or not I should go to my pill supplier and ask questions! I got my period on the 24th of January it’s now the 4th of February and it’s still here! What should I do?

Also will add, I’ve been taking 3 packs in a row and a 4 day break after them, the nurses I speak to about this have approved! I’m on my last pack before my 4 day break but I don’t know what to do about my period! Is it going to keep going until I’ve finished my next break???? I’m kinda freaking out a bit

The pill I use is microlite, and the last time I had my period was between the 5th-8th of December 2025

Breakthrough bleeding and/or irregular bleeding is always a possibility, it is a common side effect. As long as you’re taking your pills correctly it’s nothing to worry about. Unless you’re heavily bleeding for 6-8 weeks straight, then I’d recommend swapping pills or methods.
