Hey guys, I’m sorry, this text is a bit graphic. For the last week I’ve had a burning sensation down there. I’ve also had a bit more white discharge. It’s not lumpy or anything, but it is a little bit thicker. It does not look like pictures online of a yeast infection. It does not smell odd. I scheduled a STD test just to be sure, but I think it might be a tear or irritation from rough sex. Last week (Tuesday night) I’ve had long and rough sex and after it hurt a bit. When I went to the toilet there was a tiny drop of blood. Only after a day it started to really burn, but the irritation went down day by day. I feel like I made it worse by checking myself out multiple times a day, because I pulled the hood of my clitoris a bit, which I think made a tiny tear. I got very scared so I wanted to check for any visible changes, which there wasn’t. I bought cream for a yeast infection, but idk if I should use it if I’m not sure if it is indeed a yeast infection. Does anyone have experience with STD’s, yeast infections, or pain after sex that lasts a week? Maybe anyone got some tips for me?

It could also be an UTI. Make sure to get your urine tested for that. And I don’t know what you did during the sex but I wouldn’t do that again. Pain during sex is not okay. It’s your body telling you something is wrong. Listen to your body!

I still think it could be a yeast infection, as those can cause pain during sex. But I wouldn't pursue treatment until you get checked by a doctor who can really determine what you have. STIs or irritation from rough sex definitely sound possible as well

Irritation is highly possible, definitely get checked and don’t use anything until you know. But from my experience, I thought I had a UTI, as I had pain/burning when peeing. Turns out it was eczema! If ur prone to eczema it’s a possibility, I would have never thought of it in that region!
