Are you suppose to take the break pills?

You don’t have to. They have no active ingredients in them (usually just a supplement of some sort). They are placebos to just help remind you to stay in routine with taking your pill everyday if you need that reminder

Thank you. I didn’t think we had to take them. If it wasn’t for this app I would forget to start my new pack after being off of them for a week
