so ive had my period for 3 weeks now, the night before i got it ive never felt extreme pain like it, it no longer hurts but still going? would this be a break through bleed or is a doctors visit due

Then it is breakthrough bleeding, if it's bothering you though you can speak to your doctor about changing to a different pill
