i’ve been taking my pill everyday consistently at roughly the same time everyday, i’ve finished an entire strip and yet even while taking the pill i am still bleeding. it’s going on 3 weeks of non stop bleeding. what should i do? is this normal?

Unfortunately yes. Irregular bleeding is a common side effect of the pill

@bluerose9 it’s just odd because i’ve been on the same pill for 2.5 years and never had this before, would it be worth switching pills?

Breakthrough bleeding is a side effect of any pill, and switching brands is unlikely to do anything.

@sweetlily that's not really true you could definitely try switching to a different brand to regulate bleeding

@tiaM66607 if it keeps happening then yes definitely worth switching pills

I am having to switch to a higher dosage, because my pill (7 months) is giving me 2 full weeks of bleeding a month. That might be something you could consider if it continues. Talk to your doctor if it concerns you or gets annoying (like mine did lol)
