I just started taking another birth control I don’t even know what brand it is it’s so sketchy. I miss gianvi so much but they don’t make it anymore. So I’m taking a generic from generic didn’t even think that was possible. Any ways I’m scared if I might have side effects i never had any on the last pill

The generic pills have the same ingredients just a different brand name. The side effects will be the same

Yeah but they don’t have the same inactive ingredients that’s what make certain people have negative side effects

I get what you mean. I found the brand that worked for me, but it was no longer on the market anymore and so I had to go on another brand. Definitely miss the brand Introvale.

Do they have the same active ingredients though? Although there’s a slight chance a change in the inactive ingredients is pretty unlikely to cause side effects so I wouldn’t worry. All BC pills are strictly regulated too so the generic ones aren’t sketchy, you can trust them the same x

They wouldn’t be prescribed if they were dangerous/sketchy to use

There’s definitely several prescribed medication that have been released that have been found to have severe complications after years of research. You should probably do you research before you give people advice blindly. @lEmongrass_

@kkkkkkki I’m not blindly giving advice. You can find information on anything like that. If it’s being widely released and prescribed, it has been through the proper testing

@kkkkkkki Thats extremely rare though and BC pills have been around long enough too.

If you’re having a high level of anxiety about this, I suggest speaking to your doctor and/or a mental health professional
