I’ve experienced something weird a few times now. Maybe someone else has experienced the same and knows what it might be. Sometimes when I sleep I wake up by a sharp pain in my belly and then I start getting dizzy, i get back pain, have to go to the toilet and I get very hot and feel like I need to throw up. I do have this sometimes after I masturbate as well. I always start to panic and I try to get fresh air and cold water because I really feel like I’m not gonna get through it if I don’t. I’ve experienced this for at least about 6-8 times over the last few months. Has anyone dealt with the same issue before? I went to the doctor and got an ultrasound done but nothing was wrong. I’ll schedule an appointment at my gyn next, just wanted to know if someone might know what it could be. Thanks in advance

Sounds like a hot flush? Not sure if nausea is common for that though

Do you have anxiety? I am diagnosed with panic disorder and this happens to me as well. I wake up randomly in the middle of the night, and it always starts with stomach pain, sweating and then dizziness.
