We lost power on a day that it was snowing I went to work at 8am and wasn’t back until after 3. The power went off around 5am and came back on around 6PM the same day. I was trying to cover my bag that I keep my pill in with a blanket. Since it was so cold Im wondering if my pill is still effective? I have been continuing to take it because I don’t want to waste the pack. It’s still pretty new but if it’s not effective then I am definitely going to have to switch it.

My rule of thumb (totally unofficial but it's worked for me) is that if it was temperatures you could survive in, the pills probably aren't affected

@GhostFaceLov they’re probably still good but you can always ask a pharmacist to confirm. I’ve been having the same issue here in Australia because of summer and my pills have been briefly exposed to our heat but I’ve found that it seems like brief exposure to temperatures outside of the storage range are fine, the risk is from long-term exposure to these temperatures (or exposure to extreme temperatures like hours in a hot car)
