I don’t know Fahrenheit so I have no clue what that temperature is, but If you feel like your pills might be less effective it’s best to just throw them out and start a new pack. Your withdrawal bleed isn’t going to tell you much. While a heavy bleed is a decent sign, only a pregnancy test can tell you whether you’re pregnant or not.
