when penises are hard it looks circumcised, but when soft you can clearly see all the foreskin over the head.

Even when he’s soft... i can still fully see the tip

some dudes just have smaller foreskin. my ex wasn’t circumcised but it didn’t cover the head while soft. but he could still lift the skin over it and it would cover it while soft. if that makes sense.
