Hi, I’ve been taking mircrolite for about 7 months now and the last few months in particular I’ve found although it’s helped my periods a lot it has made me so much more emotional and anxious a lot of the time and unable to control my emotions. You’re pretty much out of the adjustment phase so I would consider speaking with your doctor and possibly switching pills if it’s affecting you enough to want to switch
