So I’m on continuous BC pills & I’ve been on it for about 9+ months now… I gave myself a period in June because I had some spotting. Now after starting up again after that, I’m constantly spotting or having some blood. Like I have to use panty liners almost everyday… anyone know what could be going on or having similar issues???

That’s a normal side effect and unfortunately taking a break like that and giving yourself a withdrawal bleed doesn’t guarantee that you will stop bleeding
