Does anyone have any advice on adjusting to life after university? I graduated and moved back in with my family this summer. My friends are now all over the country and my partner is staying another year at university. Finding it hard to adjust and feel quite low and overwhelmed at times. I think adjusting to the new routine, and living with family again, has been challenging. Thanks for any advice :)

Honestly no advice but I just wanna say I was in basically the same situation and felt the same way as you do after leaving university, and I actually think it’s super common. Keep going and keep pushing forward ❤️

That's definitely a difficult transition, so what you're feeling is totally normal! I think developing a new routine is important, especially if you can start regularly going to a place where you can develop some of that community you had a in college- maybe a gym, fitness class, coffee shop, pub trivia, volunteering, or anything like that! Also, I think it's important to give yourself time to grieve the ending of that phase of your life. I grieved the ending of college for several months after graduating, it really is a time in your life that's unlike most things in terms of the safety, community, and ease of your life so it's okay to be sad about that ending.
