I recently had unprotected sex 3 days ago and my bf ejaculated in me twice and I take the combination birth control and im very inconsistent with being on time & even missed a day before after he ejaculated in me the next day i had a little red blood which usually never happens am i at risk in being pregnant?

And the blood only happened the next day after he ejaculated
