hi, on my second day of birth control i had sex otherwise unprotected. i don't have any symptoms and ive been spot on with taking my pill the next few days. but i am overly anxious, so im asking if i should be worried?

Did you start on your period? Are you on the combined pill or the mini pill?

@Monkeybutt63 i've been taking combined birth control for about a year, my break week ended and i had been back on my pill for two days when i had sex. i've taken my pill on perfect time everyday since (abt 3 days now)

If you’ve been taking it for awhile now and on time then you are protected at all times even during your break week

If you take your pills correctly you’re always protected, even during and after your break week. It wouldn’t make much sense for a break week to compromise protection. It would mean you’d only be protected 50% of the month.
