Missing pills can lead to heightened side effects like irregular bleeding. You were still protected though as you had taken it continuously for so long (assuming you’re on a combined pill). Just ensure you’ve at least 7 pills taken correctly in a row before you take a break week

^ if you’re on a combined pill you’re completely fine, just think of it as a 1 day break week
