so am i protected on my break week , because some people say you have to take all 21 pills and some say only the last 7 in the pack matter?

You need to have at least taken the last 7 correctly for the break week to be protected yes. But also you can miss a pill anywhere in the pack and remain protected on most combined pills, so you even if you missed one in the last week you’d still be fine during the break week. But assuming you’ve used the pill correctly for the rest of your pack, that doesn’t apply to you as you’ve not missed any pills etc

@bunny2000 yes. Trust what your pamphlet says, for legal reasons it needs to be medically/scientifically accurate and correct information or else the company is liable.

@bunny2000 you remain protected during your break week and the first weeks of new packs if you’re using the pill correctly. You only have to wait 7 days to be protected when you’re new to the pill or if you’ve missed pills/become unprotected.
