so I am visiting family in another country and I’m 2 hours behind from my normal time zone. so do I take my pills two hours earlier here than usual?

The shortest pill time frame is 3 hours. You can take your pill at the normal time you usually would if you want. You could also take it 2 hours earlier if you prefer it’s your choice.
