hope this isn’t tmi -
ive had sex a bunch with the same guy and most of it has been in the car and we’ve done it once in a bed when i was kinda drunk. It’s been really painful for me in the car and the only time that it didn’t hurt was when i was drunk and we were in bed. The only thing i can think of is that maybe i was nervous/tense during the car times and when i was drunk i was relaxed but im not sure? does anyone know why this could be happening and how to stop it from hurting?

it could have been the position you were in when you were in the car due to it being a lot more cramped than a bed would be

Are you guys engaging in foreplay?

^^probably because you actually had time and room to do enough foreplay in the bed rather than in the car!

he usually fingers me, or gives me head before we actually have sex, but the time that we were in bed was actually the time that we had the least amount of foreplay

You may have been more comfortable and relaxed in the bed. Having sex in a car is not the most comfortable lol. Unless it’s a big car

^You probably have a higher pain threshold or are less aware of pain when drunk in bed too

Okay thank you all so much - i’ll give it a try in bed again not drunk lol

I would also like to advice to stop having sex when it hurts because it’s a sign something isn’t right. Listen to your body!

@Yi_eune can i ask what you mean?

@inquisitiveg you're feeling pain because you're literally being injured, usually vaginal tears, it's your body's sign to stop!

Sex should not be painful. When it hurts you should stop and go back a step. Do more foreplay. More lube. Pain is an indicator that you are not fully ready
