Is it safe to have no pill breaks on Microgynon 30. I have been having pill break bleeds since starting microgynon but am always in pain or a complete emotional mess on this break which is really effecting me so am thinking of taking the pill continuously Brand: Microgynon 30

Can I also take the pill again now it is only the 2nd day of my pill break but am really struggling so want to take the pill again now or should I wait till the end of my pill break to take it again as normal?

Yes you can skip or shorten every break, it doesn’t guarantee you won’t bleed so you might encounter breakthrough bleeding at some point. If your birth control is covered by insurance then make sure you will get the additional refills you will need.

It’s completely safe, there’s no medical or health reason for break weeks. Just make sure you have a prescription for continuous use to avoid running out as said above
